Shipping & packaging

Shipping terms as adopted by the board on 2026-10-28, including the $25 foam-shipper threshold.

• Orders placed by 10:00 AM Eastern, Monday-Friday, ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
• Carriers: USPS and UPS; the service for each listing is shown at checkout. Tracking is provided on every order.
• Packaging: every electronic part ships in a static-shielding bag. Main boards and any part over $25 additionally ship in an anti-static foam shipper. Stands and legs ship boxed with the mounting hardware noted on the listing.
• Combined shipping: multiple parts in one order are packed together where sizes allow, each still in its own static bag.
