About ePartsy

ePartsy launched in November 2024: broken TVs are collected, stripped on the bench, and their tested components are sold here, on eBay (seller "epartsy"), and on Mercari. It is a sister operation to EveryHours, the Elkhart warehouse resale business.

Returns and warranty

The original store's terms proved unrecoverable (archive, host, and eBay pulls all verified negative), so fresh terms were drafted for the revival and are the store's terms: see Terms, testing & returns and Shipping & packaging. The figures there were adopted by the board on 2026-10-28 (30-day returns windows, 90-day warranty, $25 foam-shipper threshold) and are settled policy. The returns process itself is fixed: a returned part is re-tested on arrival - pass returns it to inventory with its history, fail sends it to the scrap stream.
